With straightforward design, VRS pneumatic vibrators are compact and yet produce major centrifugal forces.
The body is machined as a single part of cast aluminium; a steel roller, guided by two shock-absorbing flanges, rotates inside the body. For easier assembly, the body includes two horizontal holes and two vertical holes.
Air enters by one of the openings machined in the body. These two openings (one vertical and one horizontal) are threaded with a standard pitch, and a plug is provided for blocking the unused opening. The air is evacuated via the flanges, which act as silencers.
